Hours of operation for Kalama Beach Club are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
Rental Rates:
Weekends & Holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. $1,250 + tax
Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. $ 750 + tax
Weekends & Holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. $ 850 + tax
Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. $ 600 + tax
- A Security Deposit of $100.00 is required.*
- Portable party items: (e.g. popcorn, ice cream or drink machines, etc.) $25.00/item
- Large Inflated Items: (e.g. bouncers, etc.) $40.00/item**
- Imu: Must receive approval by the Reservation Committee.***
Rental Policies:
- Payment in full is due no later then ten (10) days after making the reservation.
- All set-up and break-down should be done on the day of the function.
- Large items (e.g. tents, extra tables & chairs) may be dropped off in a designated area the day before the function. However, in order to not interfere with any other events, set up and break down needs to be completed on the same day as the reserved function.
Cancellation Policy:
- $200 is non-refundable if function is cancelled.
- There is no refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of reserved function.
• Security Deposit is refundable within 72 hours post satisfactory inspection of Club premises by the Reservation Committee. The Security Deposit will be forfeited if rental items are not removed from the KBC premises with 24 hours after the function.
• A Certificate of Insurance form must be given to the Reservation Committee no later than one week prior to function. KBC not responsible for safety of those using these items.
• There will be an additional charge along with guidelines for digging an imu.
