Additional Terms
1. Additional usage fees are required for outside rentals (e.g. water slides, bounce houses, slush machines, etc.).

2. Deliveries may be made by using the left side of the Club House as you enter. Please see diagram below for clarification.

3. As a condition of this Reservation Agreement the undersigned hereby agrees to defend indemnify and hold harmless the Kalama Beach Club, the Kalama Community Trust and their officers, directors, trustees and members against any claims, actions suits, proceedings costs expenses damages and liabilities arising out of the event and the use of the property by the undersigned or any of the undersigned’s guests, vendors, caterers, contractors or invitees except for claims arising from the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the Kalama Beach Club, the Kalama Community Trust or their officers, directors, trustees, members, employees or agents.

4. The undersigned shall procure and maintain a policy of liability insurance with coverage limits of at least $1,000,000 for bodily injury and $300,000 for property damage for the event, naming Kalama Beach Club and the Kalama Community Trust as additional insureds. If alcohol will be consumed at the Event, the insurance policy shall include coverage for liquor liability. The undersigned shall provide to the Kalama Beach Club a certificate of insurance confirming coverage no later than 30 days prior to the Event.
