- A $200 non-refundable administrative fee is required to secure the date. Fee will be applied to rental rate.
- Quoted prices are for an 8-hour window on the day of the event between 9:00am-9:00pm, including time for setup and breakdown.
- Additional hours available for $150 per hour plus tax.
- Gates open no earlier than 9:00am and close no later than 9:00pm. Events must end in time for all guests and vendors to be off property by 9:00pm.
- All reservations must be fully paid, including a separate a $500 refundable security deposit and proof of insurance provided no later than 30 days prior to the event. Event insurance must list both Kalama Beach Club and Kalama Community Trust on the form.
- Inflatable bounce houses, water slides and other party equipment incur additional fees. A Certificate of Insurance from the vendor is required and must be given no later than 30 days of the event. KBC is not responsible for safety of those using these items.
- Renters are responsible for their food and drinks, additional table/chairs, paper goods and party supplies.
