Membership is defined as those individuals paying annual dues. Members are entitled to all rights and privileges in accordance with the Kalama Beach Club Rule and Policies.
Kalama Tract Members
All homeowners in the Kalama Tract are potentially eligible and encouraged to join KBC. Tract Members have voting rights and can serve on the executive board.
Associate Members
There are a limited number of openings for Associate Membership. These members do not live in the Kalama Tract.
